ICON's Ultimate Tacoma System, Bypass Technology Included
Stage 10 sits at the top of ICON's Tacoma lineup, combining Extended Travel front coilovers, billet control arms, and a rear suspension built around the same RXT travel-boosting shock design found in Stage 9, but upgraded with Omega Bypass technology for the ultimate in rear ride control. Up front, vehicle-specific tuned Extended Travel coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDXS deliver up to 3.5 inches of lift on 2005-2015 Tacomas or 2.75 inches on 2016-2023 models. ICON's billet aluminum upper control arms work alongside those coilovers to correct front-end geometry, improve suspension component clearance, and add genuine on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, keeping alignment dialed in even after the added lift and travel change the truck's geometry. Out back, Multi-Rate leaf springs come with an additional leaf that can be added or exchanged into the pack, increasing spring rate by 10 to 20 percent, making this system just as suited to an unloaded daily driver as it is to a Tacoma loaded down with a bed rack, rooftop tent, or other overland gear.
RXT Travel Design Meets Omega Bypass Precision
What sets Stage 10 apart is the rear shock itself. It uses the same RXT side-mounted eyelet design found in Stage 9, shorter in collapsed length and longer at extension while still bolting into the factory mounting location, unlocking up to 20 percent more rear wheel travel. But instead of a standard CDXS valve, this system uses ICON's 2.5 Aluminum Series Omega Bypass technology, combining vehicle-specific valving with multiple distinct damping zones and a full 28 settings of independent compression and rebound adjustment. That's a serious step up in tunability, letting you dial in exactly how the rear suspension behaves at different points in its stroke rather than relying on a single adjustable valve. A large 10-inch remote reservoir adds significant oil and nitrogen volume, helping resist shock fade during hard, spirited driving. Up front, the Delta Joint used in the billet control arms brings the durability of a traditional ball joint together with uniball-level articulation, using a zinc-plated housing and greaseable metal-on-metal design for corrosion resistance and quiet operation. Construction throughout relies on 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and corrosion-resistant CAD plated shock bodies. For Tacoma owners who want ICON's absolute best in both front and rear suspension tunability, with billet control arms in place of tubular, Stage 10 represents the top of what the platform can offer.

Application Notes:
- These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only
- Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle
- Installation of complete ICON system required to attain advertised wheel travel. Use of any other manufacturers components will not provide advertised wheel travel and could cause unknown damage.
- 2016-2023 Tacoma llft range Is 0-2.75”
- Trimming required for recommended tire size
- Bump Stop Spacer Kit 51045 can be installed to increase preload .25” beyond maximum
- Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install
- Will not fit 2WD Tacoma with 5 wheel lug studs
- Most Tacoma submodels will have rear lift height range of 1.875-2.625" over stock, depending on rear spring configuration and rear weight
- 2017-2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models will have front lift height range of 0-1.25" and 1.375-2.125" of rear lift over stock, depending on rear spring configuration and rear weight
- Leaf springs may arrive with minor surface scratches. This is a normal result of shipping and handling and does not affect the performance or durability of the part.
