Complete Fog Light Overhaul with Off-Road Rigid D-Series Pro Lights

The 2019-2023 Ford Ranger factory fog lights produce decent light, but when you're out in the vast darkness of the wilderness, factory lighting won't be effective. For more output and a new beam type, Ford Performance offers an off-road LED lighting package. These two lights drop into your factory fog light locations so it looks like the kit was just as Ford intended it. The fog light overhaul comes with two Rigid Industries D-Series Pro LED Fog Lights. These new lights add a spot beam that function so much better when you're in the dead of night. The 10 degree spot beam illuminates the path ahead of you to ensure that you are safe and ready for any obstacle that may be in your way. The LED light uses 30 watts and draws 2.14 amps. With its 3,168 raw lumens and 721.97 lux at ten meters, you'll be all set for 50,000+ hours of operation! The light is also IP68 compliant for water and dust. These lights are intended for off-road use and are not street legal.

The Ford Performance Off-Road Fog Light Kit includes the full assembly for an easy installation. The kit drop into place of your Ranger's factory fog light buckets for an almost-OEM look. Made from quality components, Ford Performance designed this kit to be plug-and-play without any cutting or splicing. With a pre-assembled build, you'll be all ready to go! It utilizes modified factory bezels, stainless steel black powdercoat trim plates and a wiring harness to pair with your lights. The harness allows your lights to plug right in so your factory fog light switch can control the new lights. Ford Performance lens covers add protection to the lights and show great Ford pride!

Compatibility: This kit is only compatible if your Ranger has factory fog lights.

2022 Ford Ranger Tremor

The install took a couple hours and some patience, but wasn’t terrible - it’s a nice Saturday project. As the previous reviewer said, they’re more of a driving light than a ditch light, and I wish they were more adjustable than they are. After installing them, the light pattern was too far off to the sides and too low, so I adjusted them more toward the front to be more of a wider driving light, but they’re not made to be easily tuned for to put the light beam where you want it. in the end, I bent the mount a bit easily with my fingers and added a couple washers to the mount so now the pattern is balanced and forward. BTW, theae beam adjustments BEFORE you start to put it all back together. LOL Getting it all completed only to find them horribly adjusted out to the sides and too low is a bummer, for sure. Learn from the others who’ve gone before you. ;-) Otherwise, super bright, look nice and help more as a great driving light than a ditch light. I like them and would buy them again.

2021 Ranger Tremor

Easy to install, augments my ditch lights well and the spot beam is brighter than my high-beams. (NOTE: They originally pointed outboard like ditch lights when installed as received, but inverting the bracket that attaches the light to the plastic molding corrected this issue and they point forward.) Here’s a comparison pic. Factory on the left, new lights on the right.

2021 ranger

Installs perfectly, but it does take a fair amount of time. Very bright my only complaint is that there is really no side to side adjustment, they are aimed like a ditch light. They are mounted too low to be effective ditch lights, a flood pattern would have been much better. I have adjusted them in to center more by using zip-ties between the mounts which helps.

Are these fog lights compatible with the tremor bumper, and can you order those ford performance covers separate if say I had other d series lights?

This kit will work with a Tremor front bumper. Unfortunately, Ford Performance does not sell the covers as a separate item.

Is there anyway to replace the spot lights in this kit with flood lights of the same model from Rigid Industries?

Unfortunately, we can't offer different light options for this kit. However, there's no reason why you couldn't sway out the lights in this kit with floods or other 3" cube lights from Rigid.
