Will this work as an upgrade to an M190 4.46 FDU for a Black Diamond non-sasquatch? The listing on the Ford Performance site says that there will be error codes. Do you have any working examples of this being installed on such a vehicle (any Bronco that had an M190 4.46)?

Not without custom work, and you'd need an M210 driveshaft. We have not done the swap ourselves, so we can't really say for sure.
