The 2021-2025 Bronco 2.3L Mishimoto Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit Protects Carbon Buildup on Intake Valves

A new milestone has been hit in the automotive world with Mishimoto's newest 2021-2025 Ford Bronco aftermarket technology. Their 2021-2025 Bronco 2.3L Mishimoto Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit is a classically styled catch can system with premium capability specifically designed for the 2.3L EcoBoost Engine of the 2021-2025 Ford Bronco. With this engine model specifically, their is a risk of carbon buildup on the intake valves from the direct-injection functioning. This is great for conserving fuel through an efficient burn, but the resulting carbon buildup can impede airflow and prevent the intake valves from closing. This catch can system is a blow-by solution to this problem that traps oil and carbon deposits into the catch can which is to be drained when you go in for your next oil change. The health of your engine is imperative for your 2021-2025 Ford Bronco to perform on-and-off road. Step into the next phase of Bronco capability with this superior catch can system upgrade.

Built to Withstand Off-Road Abuse

The 2021-2025 Bronco 2.3L Mishimoto Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit is the complete bolt-on blow-by solution that is super easy to install. All of the necessary hardware is included for a smooth installation. High-quality fuel and oil resistant hoses are included with pre-installed factory-style quick-disconnect fittings that makes this part of the installation simple. This catch can system uses 2.7mm thick steel brackets to secure it that are incredibly resilient. They are built with aggressive off-road use in mind and fit to stay away from the vibration of your 2.3L EcoBoost engine. The function of this system is rather fascinating once you break it down. Oil and carbon deposits are trapped into the catch can and within it a set of turbulators and baffles seperate the oil, fuel, and water vapors from crankcase gasses. All of this is collected into the catch can which is to be drained during your oil changes. This may not seem like much, but without this function your engine wear will be accelerated from fouling engine oil reducing engine effectiveness. To return the air quality to normal, the sintered bronze filter removes any carbon left behind.
