Highly Efficient Aluminum Intercooler with Larger Core

Mishimoto's intercooler was designed from the ground up to have more efficient cooling capacity than stock while also having better flow. Mishimoto's intercooler features an all-aluminum construction with a bar-plate design that much more effectively dissipates heat than than the stock intercooler. The intercooler's core is 77% larger than stock with a larger internal capacity and 163% more external surface area. Larger Diameter Tubing with More Efficient Bends than Stock

Mishimoto's hot side and cold side tubes have both a larger diameter than the stock tubing, as well as more efficient bends which allows then to flow air more efficiently from your truck's turbos all the way to it intake manifold. Mishimoto's intercooler tubing feature slightly larger diameters than stock that results in a 38% increase in internal volume over the factory tubes.
