You can always trust the brilliant intake engineers over at K&N Filters to design something special for your Ford Super Duty, and the 77-Series High-Flow Performance Air Intake Kit does not disappoint. Adding a cold-air intake is a perfect way to get some easy power and performance gains for your truck. The 77-Series intakes are up-gunned versions of K&N's more standard cold air intake kits. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow, allowing your truck's engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the restrictive OEM air filter assembly.

Performance Filter with Heat Shield and Inlet Tube

When they designed their 77-Series kits, K&N dug up the largest air filter that they could possibly fit in place of your truck's factory air box and built the rest of the system around it. The filter is one of K&N's classic high-flow oiled systems that brings in a much larger volume of air than stock along with improved filtration. Along with the filter, each K&N 77-Series kit comes with a full heat shield assembly and a highly efficient inlet tube that work together to promote improved airflow into your truck's engine over the stock air box. A bonus about this kit is that the filters are washable and reusable, or you can purchase replacements.

Simple, Straightforward Installation

Included in this kit are detailed instructions for a relatively quick and easy installation (takes approximately 1.5 hours using standard tools), and the intake system doesn't require permanent modifications to your aggressive truck. F-350 6.2L Followed the directions and watched on Youtube. Very easy to install. I completed the install in my driveway in about an hour. Pleased with the response in my truck and even sounds better the first time you take it for a test spin.

2015 superduty

All the products that I have ordered thru stage 3 where as easy to install as the instruction and tech,s said it would be...very satisfied with the performance from both products...will definitely order again when the parts are needed...no complaints from this satisfied customer...

2014 F-350 6.2L

Try it on my Ford. Usually run K&N filters in all my vehicles. Had the CAI on my 98 Dodge 2500. Easy install. Not sure yet on performance gains as I’ve had plow on truck.

Stock photo does not show slot for mass airflow sensor transfer? Does this come with all the necessary parts for that and fittings for the two hoses closer to throttle body?

This kit relocates the MAF to the interior of the tubing, which is why it's not visible in our image. The kit comes with all its necessary hardware and fittings for both the vacuum and PCV lines.

Will installation of cai void factory warranty?

In general, a basic bolt-on cold air intake like this won't effect your bumper to bumper or powertrain warranties. However, all warranty decisions are up to individual service departments, and your best bet would be to contact them directly and see what kind of leeway they provide.
