Arms were easy to install. Look great! Running 285/65/20 Nitto G3 on stock rims with no clearance issues.

Customer Question The BDS fitment says that this does not fit the 2024 Ford F-150 Lariat with the headlight sensor. Can you clarify the fitment?

Asked by: Jason Kennedy - 5/28/2025
Customer Answer This will fit a 2024 Lariat with the headlight leveling sensor with no issues. The only trim levels this will not work on are the Raptor and Tremor trim F150.

Customer Question How do I know if I need the UCA’s with the sensor or not?

Asked by: Michael - 6/5/2024
Customer Answer If your F150 is equipped with the auto leveling headlights, than you need a spot to bolt the factory sensor located on the factory control arms. If you are not sure if your truck is equipped with the auto leveling feature, you can reach out to your local Ford dealer with your vin number and they can check if it's equipped.

Customer Question In a chat with y'all, I was told the ICON Billet UCA's would work with Bilstein 6112 coilovers set at 2.5" and 285/65/20 Toyo Open Country ATIII's on the stock KR wheels on my 2023 F-150 King Ranch 4x4. However, that information was wrong and the tires rub majorly. So, I can get smaller tires or different UCA's. Trying to figure out if there are aftermarket UCA's that will work with my setup or if I need to just go back to the factory UCA's?

Asked by: Drew Ellis - 1/7/2024
Customer Answer Looking at BDS current fitment information on this part number here is what they state "0-2” Lift: Will work with stock wheels / tires
with a ~ 1/4” wheel spacer, wider tires on stock wheels may get close to the ball joint cup and control arm when turning. 5.5”- 4.5”
back spacing is recommended for control arm clearance. Tire size is relative to lift amount.". So looks like they have run into clearance problems on the 21+ trucks and stock wheels. Depending how bad the rubbing is, you may be able to get away with the 1/4" spacer and still use them with the 285 as that is not far from most of the factory size width wise. Otherwise you will need a larger spacer or an aftermarket wheel that has less offset.
