2010 Expedition
Hello. So I have never really seen a review on these for an Expedition. So I figured I would give my 2 cents. The wife's ride was in need of some new shocks. I did a bunch of research on shocks and really wanted to upgrade and not just put the same old parts on seems how we use it to haul a camper and my family rides in this truck. Dont have a spring compressor and I didnt want to rip down old junk shocks and reuse old parts anyway. Figured these would be the best option seems how I have never seen like a Fox or an Icon for sale to the public for the truck. Give it some lift and be able to adjust ride quality. These lifted the front 3" and the back 1.5"-2". Did the install our selves and could see the difference as soon as we put it down. Install was pretty simple as well if you are mechanically inclined and can work on your own stuff. Access to a lift also helps. Worked out perfect and gives it a great stance. Ride quality and handling was noticeably improved. Wanted the truck to be stiffened up so put the adjusters on 7. I live in Michigan and some of these roads can be pretty rough and these just eat it up and ask for more. The truck used to be kind of bouncy in the back and that is now gone. Body roll is greatly improved. Haven't hauled with them yet but cant wait to see the difference. With the lift I was able to put on 275/70/18's and couldn't be happier with the way it looks. Could probably fit a 285 on it but it would be tight. Didnt do 20's because I want more tire then rim and is better for towing. Also put the Power Stop truck and tow brakes on it. Which are awesome as well. Shocks are a little pricey but well worth it in the end. If you have an Expedition and you need new shocks for it and want to lift it. Dont put cheap shocks on it with spacers. Spend the extra money and do this instead. You will be a lot happier in the end.

Customer Question Hello, I have had these shocks installed on my 2012 Ford Expedition Limited and they work great but they have worn out the bushings on my front upper control arms. I need and would like to replace my upper control arms with something better and stronger.. would you have any recommendations? Thanks, Adam
