Awesome New Exhaust Note With A Unique Black Finish

This kit gives your truck the deep, throaty rumble that MBRP is famous for, but comes with a specialized Black Powder Coat finish over the tailpipes and tip which gives your F150 a tough, custom look on top of its great, new sound. This 3" cat-back kit features an OEM single-side exit style tip and is a direct replacement for your F150's factory exhaust system to make it easy to give your tough pickup an all-around upgrade over your truck's boring factory cat-back system.

3" Aluminized Steel Tubing with Black Powder Coat Finish

Each of these MBRP Black-Series Cat-Back Exhaust kits are carefully designed and manufactured to give your truck a great sound, improved appearance, and excellent fitment. The kit is made out 3" diameter tubing that's all mandrel-bent to make exhaust flow more efficient with less back-pressure than your truck's stock exhaust kit. The kit is manufactured out of aluminized steel that then receives a specialized high-temp black powder coating that's resistant to both corrosion and heat which keeps the exhaust kit running strong for ages. MBRP includes a 3.5" rolled exhaust tip that's embossed with the MBRP logo. Each kit comes with all its necessary installation hardware and detailed instructions.

F150 Wheelbase Fitment: MBRP's Black Series Cat-Back will only fit F150s with 145" and 157" wheelbases. All other wheelbases may require extensive modifications to this kit for proper fitment. Call 623-434-5277 for more information.

2013 F-150 FX4, 5.0L

Great fit and finish. The exhaust sounds great and looks tough. I installed it myself in the garage in just over an hour. It does have a noticeable drone at highway speeds but over all a great product.

2012 F-150 FX4

This system was pretty straightforward to install. One piece will need to be cut in order to line the system up with the hangers. Packaging was not good. Pieces were scratched and dinged when I got it but I was able to work with it and get it all installed. It is one of the louder systems and does have a very noticeable drone but I have gotten used to it.

Is this the same product as the "XP" series you have review and install videos of? I like the black, but don't want it, if it's not the same deep tone.

The kit's sound will be more or less the same as the similar XP-Series System. The kit has the same design, and uses the same muffler and resonator designs as the XP-Series system. The only real difference is that the XP-Series system is made out of 409 stainless steel, and the Black series is made out of aluminized steel with a black ceramic coating.

The kit will fit F150s with a SuperCab and a 6.5ft bed, but not with an 8ft bed. Call us directly at 1-877-578-2433 for other exhaust options if you have an 8ft bed.
