The stock bypass valve (BPV) on your 2016 Focus RS is your pretty standard rubber and plastic design that can handle factory boost pressures, but only just barely. Once you start stacking on mods and tuning, the stock BPV can leak, tear, or fail completely causing your mighty Focus RS to make less power than it should. That's where Turbosmart's 2016 Focus RS Kompact Shortie Plumb Back PBV comes in. Turbosmart's BPV is a drop-in replacement for your Focus RS's stock BPV that keeps roughly the same level of sound, but features a much stronger and durable construction that allows it to handle much higher levels of boost pressure that stock so that you can stack on modifications and performance parts without needing to worry about BPV failure.

Billet Aluminum Housing with Heavy-Duty Brass Piston

Turbosmart builds each of their Plumb Back BPVs extremely tough so that they can handle extreme applications and powerful modifications. Each Plumb back is made out of high-strength billet aluminum with a heavy-duty brass piston that's much stronger than your Focus RS's stock plastic BPV. The Plumb Back BPV installs right into place of your Focus RS's factory BPV valve and comes with new installation hardware and instructions.
