Serious Cooling and Boost Control for Your EcoBoost F150

If you’re ready to take your 2015-2026 F150 2.7L or 3.5L EcoBoost to the next level, the Turbosmart Black Performance Intercooler and VTA BOV Kit offers one of the cleanest, most effective upgrades you can bolt on. At the heart of the kit is a completely re-engineered intercooler that drops right into the factory location without the need for cutting or trimming. Featuring a bar and plate core, cast aluminum end tanks, and an 80% increase in cooling surface area compared to stock, this intercooler is designed to handle everything from a daily driven tune to serious performance builds. More surface area means cooler intake air temperatures, which directly translates to more consistent horsepower, better throttle response, and improved reliability under heavy loads or extended pulls. Turbosmart even built in a maintenance drain to easily remove condensation and blow-by, keeping your system cleaner for the long haul.

Performance and Durability You Can Feel

Paired with the intercooler is Turbosmart’s VTA (Vent to Atmosphere) Blow-Off Valve, engineered to plug right into your F150's system without any custom wiring or tuning headaches. Unlike the factory unit that can leak or struggle under higher boost levels, the VTA BOV is built to handle serious pressure, venting excess boost rapidly and producing that sharp, clean turbo sound enthusiasts love. It’s not just about noise, though; the valve improves throttle response and protects your turbocharger by preventing compressor surge during shifts or sudden throttle lifts. The entire kit is finished in a sleek black coating that doesn’t just look great behind the grille, it also resists corrosion and holds up against harsh weather and engine bay heat. Better yet, installation is straightforward, matching factory mounts and charge pipes, so you can bolt it in and get back on the road without a massive project. With proven CFD-driven design, top-tier materials, and a perfect factory fit, this Turbosmart kit is the smart choice for EcoBoost owners who want real-world gains without sacrificing reliability or daily drivability.
