XL Fitment: this grille light kit will not fit Super Duty XL models.

I have the ZROADZ LED grill lites and want to wire them to the upfitter switches. Can I just cut off the supplied switch on the wiring harness and then wire it to the selected upfitter pigtail lead and ground it to the truck?

Yep. There's no reason why you couldn't do that, though you may need to extend the wiring, depending on how you end up routing it.

I have optional roof switches. Can I buy it cheaper without wiring kit ?

Unfortunately, ZRoadZ does not offer this kit without the wiring harness. Frankly, you'd be better off using ZRoadZ harness for tying the lights into your upfitters and just not using ZRoadZ included switch.

How many lumens are the lights included in this kit?

Each light produces 1600 raw lumens, for a total of 3200 raw lumens for the whole kit.

Can these b wired for day running lights? Will they affect the radiator/cooling? Am torn between these and the Putco LED G3 or Raptor style light kit. Need some advice

The LED bars are for off-road use only, and shouldn't be hard-wired as DRLs.
