Replacement Leaf Springs with Three Ride Height and Spring Rate Settings

While the factory rear leaf springs of the 2017-2020 Raptors do their jobs adequately, they don't have the type of travel that hardcore off-roaders need. The problem is that most aftermarket leaf packs end up hurting you when traveling loaded or when your Raptor is decked out with chase racks, bed cages, drawer systems, and other bed-mounted hardware that puts weight in the bed. That's where ICON's Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Springs for the 2017-2020 Raptors come in. This pair of leaf packs comes with a removable add-a-leaf which allows you to choose three different ride height settings to compensate for different amounts of load in your Raptor's bed so that you don't end up with a leaf pack that causes a ton of rear sag and leaves your Raptor nose-high. The leaf pack can add +1.00", +2.25", or +3.00" of rear ride height on an unloaded rear end and comes with everything you need to get them installed on your Raptor.

Extremely Strong and Durable Leaf Springs with Excellent Ride Quality and Travel

ICON's Multi-Rate Leaf Springs were designed for an excellent fit on your Raptor while being backed by ICON quality that you can count on in even the most extreme conditions and terrain. Each spring in the leaf packs is made out of extremely strong spring steel, and each pack features a triple military wrap front eyelet and half-wrap rear eyelet that provide excellent durability and reliability. The leaf packs include specially-designed rebound springs reduces the chances of axle wrap and limits the severity of any axle wrap that you may encounter. Each spring in the Multi-Rate Leaf Packs comes with leaf separators and tip inserts to reduce noise during operation. The Multi-Rate Leaf Springs install right into place of your Raptor's stock leaf springs with only minimal amounts of hardware trimming for proper fitment. ICON includes installation hardware and install instructions.

Ride Height Settings:

+1.00" over Stock: use leaf packs out of the box without additional add-a-leaf
+2.25" over Stock: use add-a-leafs in place of the #3 leaf. +20% spring rate. +1.00" height with 400lbs of load.
+3.00" over Stock: use add-a-leafs in #3 position with all other leaf springs. +40% spring rate. +.50" height with 850lbs of load

Requires ICON Hydraulic Bump Stop Kit or Bump Stop Spacers: these leaf springs are ideally meant to be used with ICON's Hydraulic Bump Stop Kit. If your Raptor is not equipped with a bump stop kit, ICON's Rear Bump Stop Spacers will be required for installation.

Some Trimming Required: these leaf springs require trimming of some of your Raptor's factory hardware for proper installation.

2017 Ford Raptor

After installing these springs it felt like I was driving a different truck. every bump, hard acceleration, and hard brake I notice the difference. such an amaxing ride compared to the stock springs. they do not sag with the bed loaded and the axle hop on washboards is gone. I got the icon bump spacers with the springs which was a simple install. Stage 3 was the only place that I found to offer free shipping as well. The add a leafs got lost during shipping but Stage 3 instantly contacted icon and shipped new ones to me no questions asked. Thank you Stage 3 and Icon!!

2019 Raptor

Combined these with the Eibach springs on the front and got the lift i wanted with just 1/2 inch rack in the back.

2020 Raptor

These are a huge upgrade to the oem raptor leafs. Slightly tricky install getting the shackle bolts to line back up on the new leafs but quite doable in the garage on jackstands. Took me about 6 hours total for install. Left on option 1.

Hypothetical setup: 2019 F150 XLT. Looking to put in a 2" ICON Leveling Kit. I want to rake the rear end back up. I have a Topper and Decked drawer system adding about 400# to the rear. Question: The Raptor being 2" over an F150 and this being 1" over a Raptor (no added leaf) doesn't mean 3" in rear lift? I expect some compression due to the weight of my bed accessories, but will that bottom out the springs. Additional Question: Are these meant to be performance springs and now towing/overload springs? I fear adding any trailer weight will bottom out the system.

At the out of the box height, you would add about 2.5" to the rear of a standard F150. They are raptor rated so you will lose some towing capacity compared to the F150 springs, but they do provide the add a leaf you can put in different configurations if you find you need to add more towing capability to them when it comes time to tow. Yes, these springs are intended for the Raptor and doing raptor things with them so off road performance is the majority of importance that went into Icon's design and testing of these leaf packs.
