Lager Cooling Surface, Huge Core, and Cast Aluminum End Tanks

The Wagner EVO1 Competition Intercooler Kit is made entirely out of aluminum with a tube-fin design that allows more air to pass through it than bar-plate intercoolers so that you don't see a spike in coolant temperatures. Unlike the factory intercooler, the end tanks of the Wagner unit are made out of cast aluminum instead of plastic and were carefully designed to maximize airflow into the core with minimal back pressure and restrictions. Wagner's intercooler features a 45% larger cooling area than stock and a 130% larger core which allows for a larger volume of air to pass through the intercooler at lower temperatures, which gets the most horsepower and torque out of your other modifications.
