Our friends over at Snow Performance have mastered the fine art of water-methanol injection, and they've just finished up and released their Stage 3 Water-Methanol Kit for the 2015 Mustang 2.3L EcoBoosts. The Stage 3-seres systems include an advanced digital controller and all the other high-quality components you need to get the system up and running on your aggressive Mustang build. On Snow's own EcoBoost Mustang test car, their Stage 3 system was able to add a whopping 50 peak horsepower with just the water-methanol injection alone. This water-methanol kit work by injecting a water-methanol mixture into your Mustang's intake charge air which greatly reduces its temperature which increases its density. This cool, dense charge air then enters your engine's cylinders and creates a much more efficient combustion. Water-meth injection effectively raises your octane rating up to 110 to 116 octane, depending on nozzle size and the octane level of your fuel, which gives your Pony race-gas power.
