Our dear friends over at 5-Star tuning are in Florence, South Carolina, which just so happens to be right in the path of Hurricane Florence (no relation). So, on top of the general damper on the evening that a hurricane bearing down on you typically brings, we're also looking at delays in tuning for the foreseeable future. You have more than a few options at that budget, but it really depends on what kind of ride quality you want vs. what kind of off-road performance you need vs. what tire size you want to squeeze on.
