Includes Highly-Efficient Dry Air Filter

This Magnum Force Cold Air Intake comes with a new performance air filter, heat shield, and inlet tubing that all work together to give your truck's 5.4L Triton V8 a larger amount of charge air at cooler temperatures than your factory air box and tubing. The Pro Dry S Air Filter has a specialized design with several layers of filtration media that captures a larger amount of particles than stock while allowing for improved airflow over the factory paper filter.

Features Heat Shield and Inlet Tubing

The filter mounts in a specialized heat shield assembly that installs on top of the lower half of the factory air box. AFe makes the heat shield out of 16-gauge steel with a black powder coat finish and tops it off with rubber trim that creates a tight seal against your truck's hood when shut. The Stage 2 Cold Air Intake comes with a complete inlet tube that leads all the way to your truck's throttle body. The tubing is made from mandrel-bent, 16-gauge steel that allows for smoother airflow with less restrictions than your stock plastic tubing. Each kit also comes with high-quality silicone couplers, clamps, hardware, and installation instructions.
