Very nice kit !!!I would definitely buy again. Took me between 4-6 hrs by myself. Would definitely recommend to have someone help you on reassembling the front end. Other than that this kit is awesome!! Definitely makes your truck look like a totally different truck. I love it!!

Customer Question 2013 f150 fx4 with 4x4 appearance package. Will this fit? Looking to do this kit and upgrade the tires on factory wheels (20x8.5 ET 44) Nitto Trail Grappler 35”x12.5. Should need to trim the front bumper with a 1.5” spacer. Any input will help but I believe this will work from research.

Asked by: Jason - 7/23/2018
Customer Answer This kit will fit an FX4 appearance package truck. but you won't be able to fit a 35x12.50" tire on the factory 20" wheels without a ton of rubbing, especially if you decide to add wheel spacers. While you can get away with a tallish tire on the factory wheels, you're still limited in width due to clearances. A 285/65R20 is about as tall as you can go on a leveling kit with the stock wheels, and even then, you could see some rub when articulating. The biggest tire we generally recommend on a 2" to 2.5" leveling kit is a 33x11.50" or close metric equivalent.

Customer Question will 24in wheels clear everything using this kit?

Asked by: Eddie - 8/19/2017
Customer Answer 24" wheels will fit fine with the kit, though you will have to be extremely careful with your choice of tires, especially if you're using a wide wheel with a large negative offset.

Customer Question Will this kit allow me to run 35x12.50x18?

Asked by: JD - 6/10/2017
Customer Answer Not without at least some amount of trimming, which will also depend on what wheels you're using. The biggest tires we recommend for this kit are 33x11.50" or a close metric equivalent.

Customer Question I have a 2011 f150 with an FX4 package. How does this kit do hauling/towing? Also, I plan on putting 33's under it. Should I put different shocks up front?

Asked by: John K - 4/14/2016
Customer Answer Frankly, I wouldn't recommend this kit for trucks that tow on the regular, since it requires stacking rear blocks. In general, we'd recommend doing an Add-a-Leaf Kit if you're towing on the regular to get you both ride height and load capacity gains. As long as you're not doing too much off-roading, you'd be able to use a front strut spacer in a towing application without ill effect.

Customer Question Will it level the truck completely or will the front or the back be higher?

Asked by: Logan - 2/25/2016
Customer Answer It somewhat depends on the wear and tear on your truck's suspension, and how many miles you have on the thing, but in general, a 2.5" leveling kit will get you about a dead-level stance. Trucks with low miles may be slightly nose high before their suspensions break in completely.

Customer Question Will this work on a 2012 2wd fx2 that doesn't have stock rear blocks, Which wouldn't require them long u bolts?

Asked by: Ricky Escobar - 1/2/2016
Customer Answer This kit will fit 2009-2013 F150s with 2WD, though you may still need to use the supplied U-bolts from Rough Country, even though you don't have a stock rear block, depending on how much thread you have on your factory U-bolts.
