Ordered these shocks to complete my 2” leveling lift, they fit perfectly and ride great compared to the factory shocks. Very smooth ride and very controlled, no bouncing over harsh bumps. Best part was the shocks were delivered to me the day after I ordered them!

Fast shipping, easy install, great ride over Ford factory shocks, & great appearance. Truck ride has enhanced since I’ve installed these new 2.0 shocks @40,000 miles - far superior ride compared to OEM shocks. I’ve noticed the truck doesn’t float near as bad over uneven roads. If I see more than 40,000 miles out of these shocks - I’ll be impressed.

Ordered these to replace the factory shocks after adding a 2.5" leveling kit. These shocks surprised me as the ride is almost identical to the factory. Truck feels more firmly planted to the ground.

Customer Question What is the compatible rear shock for a 2024 f450 super duty?

Asked by: Eric B - 2/11/2024
Customer Answer This will work with the truck version of the F450 as long as you have some lift on the front. It will not work on the cab and chassis version F450.

Customer Question Will these fit a 2022 F350?

Asked by: Jeffrey Moon - 3/16/2022
Customer Answer Fox has confirmed fitment of these shocks on the 2022 Super Dutys. We have updated our listing. Please call us directly at 623-434-5277 or email us at [email protected] if you're having issues finding the right set of shocks for your vehicle.

Customer Question Jason, I see in the description that reads from stock to 2-3.5'' of lift, is that a typo or will they work fine on stock height 4x4 SD trucks? I'd like to order the correct ones but the 0-2'' shocks have a long wait time. Thanks

Asked by: Carlos - 3/29/2021
Customer Answer That was a typo (which is now corrected). Fox has front shocks for 0-1.5" of lift here.

Customer Question will the Fox 2.0 985-24-151 be ok to tow fifth Wheel Rv over the stock shocks on the rear?

Asked by: mike - 2/24/2020
Customer Answer Yep. The Fox 2.0s will not effect your truck's GVWR or GCWR. They'll likely help with stability and loaded handling, as well.

Customer Question Can i use these on a 2019 F250 with a 6.2L gas? I have the 3" rough country lift on it.

Asked by: cdporchejr - 2/18/2020
Customer Answer Yep. These shocks are compatible with both diesel and gas motors, though they can be a smidge stiffer on the gas-powered trucks due to the lighter weight up front.

Customer Question I have a 2017 F-250 that I want to level. Can I use Fox shocks to do that? If so, do I need to use a standard spacer type leveling kit in conjunction with the Fox shocks?

Asked by: Mark - 9/7/2019
Customer Answer Shocks alone will not level your truck. The only way to add front ride height to a solid axle truck like the 2017-2019 Super Dutys is with spring spacers or longer/stiffer coil springs. These shocks will only handle up to 3.5" of lift from either a spacer or spring, but do not add ride height themselves.

Customer Question Can I run these on the front with Fox 2.0 with reservoirs on the rear?

Asked by: Will - 3/25/2019
Customer Answer Yep. No reason why you couldn't. You'll just see somewhat better performance out of the rear shocks than the front.

Customer Question Are these shocks compatible with the ReadyLIFT 2.5 kit?

Asked by: Kevin Sahami - 11/20/2018
Customer Answer They will as long as you remove ReadyLift's shock extensions, since these shocks are long enough to be used on their own.

Customer Question I have a 2.5 Readylift installed with the stock rancho shocks on my 17 F250. If I buy these fox shocks do I remove the lower shock bracket that comes with the Readylift kit and bolt this fox shock in the stock location?

Asked by: Casey - 9/20/2018
Customer Answer Yep. If you're going to use these shocks with a leveling kit (be it ReadyLift or another brand) that comes with shock extensions, you would just remove the kit's extensions and use these shocks as a full-length application.
