URGENT: 2017-2018 F250 & F350 6.7L Super Duty S&B Cold Air Intake Recall!

S&B has ordered a recall for certain versions of their 2017-2018 F250 & F350 Super Duty 75-5085 and 75-5085D kits manufactured before November 30th, 2017, over a possible fire risk on trucks that use two grounds coming from their batteries. The amount of effected vehicles is quite small, and only certain F250 and F350 option packages came with dual battery grounds in the first place.

Still, if you have purchased either a 75-5085 or a 75-5085D kit in the recent past, you'll need to check your truck and make sure you're not effected. If you still have your intake's box, a manufacturing date is labeled on the UPC label in the bottom-left corner. If you don't have your box, then check out S&B's handy video guide here.

If you determine that your truck is effected by S&B's recall, then DO NOT DRIVE IT either use S&B's Recall Form or call S&B directly at 909-947-0015. A new battery tray will be sent to you at no additional cost in order to correct the issue. S&B is also offering a $50 reimbursement for installation at eligible installers.
