While installing an air spring system onto your F150 or Super Duty is one of our favorite ways here at Stage 3 Motorsports to level your truck and increase the suspension performance, hauling or towing heavy loads can cause issues that need to be addressed. Thankfully, our friends over at Air Lift read our minds and have now come up with a great new solution you can use to not only keep your leveled stance while towing but fix some of the suspension issues as well. These universal Lock-N-Lift Air Spring Spacers from Air Lift simply anchor in place underneath your existing air spring system and work to reduce noise, vibration and harshness while maintaining your truck's lifted and leveled stance during those times you're hauling or towing heavy loads. Whether you have a 4" or 6" lift kit installed on your F150, F250 or F350, these 2" spacers come in a modular design that allow them to securely stack and achieve the exact amount of height you need in an inexpensive and durable solution.
While towing or hauling massive loads your ride height can squat down in the rear and these spacers correct that issue by compensating for the loss of height and providing a strong foundation that solves all the problems with your truck's suspension. Air Lift created a 4" Lock-N-Lift kit as well as a 6" Lock-N-Lift version. Each kit allows you to increase the overall ride height of your truck inexpensively by anchoring into place underneath your existing air springs. The heavy-duty polymer plastic construction of these spacers helps to reduce noise and vibration and are built tough to hold up against the rigors of hauling or towing massive loads. They were also designed to give your truck back more accurate handling, braking, and traction that it may otherwise lose when shuttling around all your toys and off-road action.
These spacers do not require any drilling or other permanent modifications and each kit includes all the hardware and instructions you'll need for a straightforward installation. The Lock-N-Lift kit brings your truck's rear end up to a level ride height to get back proper traction and handling and makes towing much easier. Their durable polymer plastic construction offers greater resistance to collapsing and will not degrade on contact with oil-based contaminants.
Another great feature of the Lock-N-Lift system is that they are not only compatible with Air Lift air springs, but their universal design allows them to also work with kits from Firestone and other brands on the market. The Lock-N-Lift kit brings your truck's rear end up to a level ride height to get back proper traction and handling and makes towing much easier.
Each Lock-N-Lift spacer features a height of 2", and their modular design allows 2 each to be stacked on each side for a 4" lift or 3 on each side for the 6" height. When choosing your Lock-N-Lift kit, you must purchase only the kit that corresponds with your exact existing lift height. Over or under compensating with a different height to counteract hauling or towing heavy loads will only add issues to your suspension and additional problems down the road.
