2013 F-150 Lariat Screw Ecoboost
If you are wanting to add high quality exhaust to your Ecoboost, you have to buy this Cat Back Exhaust from Stainless works! Even though it's a V6 the exhaust unleashes the sound of the spoiling turbo while having no drone what so ever. At WOD you can hear a decent roar (even though it's a V6) and you can hardly hear anything while the truck is cruising on the highway or stopped at a light. Great buy and great recommendation from Lou at Stage 3.

Overall great exhaust system.. Got it with the black tip and couldn't be happier with the sound and performance over the stock system.

Great fit, finish, and sound. only bad par was ordered the black tip and got the wrong clamp. It came with a 3.0 needed 3.5. No big deal though love the exhaust. Would have received 5 stars if all parts were there.

Installation took a little longer than expected, but not that difficult. Nice sound, but the loss of back pressure kills the bottom end performance. You'll need other enhancements like a tuner. Coupled with an aFe intake I did pick up 2-4 mpg depending upon my driving.

Deep throated sound. Noticeable in cab over stock, but not overpowering.

Customer Question I recently purchased the hellwig rear sway bar. During the hellwig installation video I found online they made the comment that an aftermarket exhaust would not fit with the sway bar. Will this cat back fit with the rear sway installed or will it require custom fab? If not, will any of the other cat backs you list fit with it?

Asked by: Caleb Badley - 3/4/2016
Customer Answer To be totally honest, we don't sell the Hellwig bars, and we're not 100% percent familiar with them. However, it's my understanding that you can use cat-backs up to 3" in diameter that exit in the factory location without any issues or with only mild modifications made to the hangars and brackets, so the Stainless Works Kit may be fine. That being said, your best bet would be to call Hellwig and see if they have a list of compatible cat-back kits.

Customer Question With stainless works chamfered exhaust will there be a big power loss when no tuner is being used? And how much louder is it then the stock exhaust?

Asked by: David - 2/7/2016
Customer Answer You generally won't see a difference in power and performance with this kit, if it's not used with a tuner. The kit is noticeably louder than stock, put its not too overpowering.

Customer Question I want an exhaust that flows better for more power but do not want a loud exhaust. Should I go with the chambered exhaust or the S type?

Asked by: Robert Dorough - 6/10/2015
Customer Answer Chambered, but a cat-back exhaust alone is not going to provide a ton of power, even a large, free-flowing kit.

Customer Question What's the difference between the chambered and the s pipe from Stainless Works?

Asked by: kazoo 154 - 12/30/2014
Customer Answer The Stainless Works Chambered Kit comes with a chambered muffler, while the S-Tube Kit comes with a Stainless Works S-Tube muffler that has a straight-through design. The Chambered system is a bit less than aggressive than the S-tube.
