Introducing Two New Project Trucks: 2017 Street Queen and 2018 Budget Build!

It's time to introduce our newest builds: the 2017 Street Queen and 2018 Budget Build! These all-new purpose-built projects will serve two very different purposes, all with that signature Stage 3 flair. These are also two of our most commonly requested builds, so we can't wait to get the full details and final results out! Hit the jump for a brief introduction and general run-down of our plan for each build!

First up is the 2017 Street Queen, a build that's been put on the back burner for far too long in favor of dedicated off-road rigs. Don't get me wrong, we'll be back to building trail-runners in no time, but for now we're itching for a big, beautiful, lifted street ride.

The suspension setup will be based around a 6" lift from SuperLift, which will be used to clear 35" tires paired with Fuel Forged wheels. Our lifted, "show truck" inspired build will be powered by the 3.5L EcoBoost and Ford's new 10-speed transmission, which should be enough to make most sports cars break a sweat. The 2018 Budget Build will be our first take on the F150's 2018 face lift. It's also our first build on such a tight budget. We're going with a minimalist approach on our first 2018 build, practicing restraint wherever possible. That being said, we want to do our best to make a stylish, capable truck within pre-set limits.

The budget for this build will be split into three different tiers: initially, that'll be $2,000. Then, once we post the results within that limit, we'll move on to $4,500 and then $6,000 to see what we can do within different budgets. The 5.0L V8 will be powering our 2018 Budget Build, also paired with the 10-speed transmission.
