2013 Focus ST
Install was very straightforward and took about 30 mins per door. These speakers are much better quality than stock. They provide improved midrange and highs. Bass is about the same but overall clarity is much better. Overall all I'm very please and the price point is the best you can find anywhere for the same quality speakers. Plus all the added adapters and wiring make this worth every penny.

2016 focus st
The install was very straightforward. They have a youtube video you can watch if you need help taking the door panel off. Everything is provided for you except the hardware. The speakers come with screws to mount to the adapter plates but they don't fit. I had to go to menards and buy some new screws that made everything fit together. All you need is #8 x 1 1/4 machine screws and i guarantee it will mount perfectly. Why stage 3 hasnt changed this issue is beyond me, but once i installed the speakers and went for a drive i was blown away by the improvement. These speakers are absolutely worth the upgrade. Clearer sound and a little more bass than the stock garbage i had. Pair it with an under the seat subwoofer like i did and you got yourself a badass sound system for cheap. Im glad i bought these.

Speakers sound great but one doesn't work properly. Also the screws for the adapter ring do not fit. Had to get different ones to work. Overall working with stage 3 has been okay getting replacement through kicker. Just wish the hardware was correct. Finally the plug for the stock system is perfect.

Speakers sound good. Install would’ve taken a lot less time but the screws for the speakers were not the right size for the speaker ring. Was pretty disappointed about that but other than that they are work good

Overall, great product. The installation was a little challenging, but once you get the first one done, it’s a breeze. Sound quality is good. My only negative about sound is these speakers are treble heavy. They don’t have as much bass as I was looking for or hoping. All of this being said, they’re still good and definitely a significant improvement in sound quality and loudness. The 5th star for me would be if they had more bass and the installation was a little easier (but who am I kidding I’m working on my car, so it has to be hard, right! Haha)

Reading everyone else's reviews was beneficial, especially when others referred to the bolts. With that and the installation video the install was easy. I have the ST1 package and the speakers already didn't sound good and one of them blew. So this was an upgrade. In my opinion it sounds way better than what it did. The price is good with everything that is included. It suites me. I'm not worried about bass rattling speakers I just want to hear some music every now and then over the exhaust and external wastegate.

Just got my product and installed all 4 within 2 hours. Very simple plug and play and bolt on. Sounds amazing I have the sony 10 speaker set and these speakers are way clearer and well worth the money!

Speakers r so mid, wasnt worth the hastle. cant even tell the diffrince between the st1 sound system and these, id save my money and js get better ones (and trust ik my music i got 188k listens on my spotify wrapped lol)

Customer Question Will you sell the speaker plugs and and speaker mounting plates separately without the speakers I need just those without the speakers.

Customer Answer We do not offer those parts outside our kits as we only order enough to be able to complete putting our kits together. They are Metra branded adapters and harnesses which can be picked up at most parts/audio stores.

Customer Question What about the tweeters? What size do I need to replace those as well?

Customer Answer I believe the stock tweeters are 3/4", and you should be able to use these Kicker 3/4" Tweeters. However, they will require splicing for install.

Customer Question Does this package also apply to 2017 Ford Focus RS? Please let me know

Customer Answer They will fit a Focus RS's as replacements for the lower front and rear door speakers. Keep in mind that most RS's also had the Sony Audio Packages from the factory, so they also have tweeters in the upper doors, an 8" component in the back panel, and a 3-1/2" center channel speaker. Unfortunately, we don't have a package that replaces all of these speakers, but this kit would still provide an improvement.
