MBRP is known for their industry leading quality and the 3" Cat-Back, Dual Split Rear Exit Exhaust System will bring that quality and premium noise to your Ranger. The system uses mandrel bent 3" tubing up to the axle and mandrel bent 2.5' on the way out. It also uses a 3.5" stainless steel single wall with rolled end tips. The kit itself is made out of aluminized steel which keeps costs low. The system's wide-open throttle uses a smooth climbing note with an uplifting groan. 2021 Ford Ranger

I watched a lot of different videos and and I liked the sound of this one the best. It took me around 2.5 hours rolling around on my creeper to install. I've had it for over a month now and I still like the look and sound. It's not very loud in the cab but you can hear it very well all around outside.

2023 Ford Ranger

I when I bought this dual exhaust system I was looking for something that would make my truck standout. And boy did this exhaust system make my truck pop. I love the look, I wasn't looking for the sound but the look, however the sound deliverers. And I find I do like it. Now I got to look for more stuff, lol.

I’m looking for an exhaust that’ll have better clearance for off-roading than stock (and not a down-turn as those are illegal in my state). Is this an improvement over stock in terms of clearance?

Is the exhaust tips the only difference between S5223AL and S5223304? Do they both have the same exhaust sound? What do the tips look like on S5223AL? Thanks!

The tips are the same between the two kits. This S5223AL installer series kit is made out of aluminized steel, which is not very corrosion resistant, but still suitable for milder climates. The S5223304 Pro Series Kit is made out of 304 stainless steel that's almost completely corrosion resistant.

I have a 2019 Lariat crew cab and I want to know the inlet diameter of the muffler. Is it 3" with an adapter to the OEM pipe or 2.5. I plan a 3" down pipe in the future and want to go directly into the muffler then. Thanks in advance Marty

The muffler has a 3" inlet and uses step-down connector to meet the stock downpipe. You would still likely need to do some custom work, since most aftermarket 3" downpipes step down to meet the stock cat-back, but it should be something doable by most competent exhaust shops.

I will be taking delivery of a 2021 Ranger Tremor next week. I would like to verify that the 3in Dual Split Rear Exit Exhaust System S5223AL will fit the truck.

The only potential problem with the Tremors is their tow hooks on the rear end which take up a decent chunk of real estate. Now, this kit does exit OUTSIDE of the tow hook mounts, but not seeing one in person, it's hard to say if the tips will come into contact. At worst, you may have to bend the exhaust hangars slightly to push them out, or bend the tubing a smidge. If you want to avoid the hassle, you may want to go with a different exit style.
