Hey Stefan. The amount of SCT's rebate is based on what particular device you get. The X4, Livewire, and iTSX get $40 back. The BDX gets $45 back. The GTX gets $50 back. The rebate applies to any SCT tuning device, whether it's a part of a package or on its own.

Hey Han. I understand that the situation is frustrating, but our issues are twofold: 1). We have to deal with online credit card fraud on a daily basis, and the most common way to commit that fraud is to use a different shipping address from the billing address. 2). The high prices of taxes and duties are completely out of our hands due to the ongoing trade disputes between the US and basically the rest of the world. For getting parts into Canada (especially if you live close to the border), your best bet would be to use a states-side private (and reputable) freight forwarder along with your Canadian billing address unless this trade dispute gets resolved.
