Almost as soon as the 2015 F150s hit the dealer lots, our friends over at 5-Star Tuning grabbed one up to begin the long process of getting together their usual repertoire of powerful custom tunes together for the 2015 F150 3.5L EcoBoost F150s. After a lot of toiling and testing, 5-Star has all of their custom tuning ready to go and ship out for your own 2015 F150 EcoBoost truck. 5-Star's Custom Tuning comes on either an SCT X4 Handheld Tuner, SCT Livewire TS Monitor, or an SCT iTSX Bluetooth Tuning Device, giving you plenty of options when it comes to how you're setting up your truck and your budget. Just like with the 2011 to 2014 F150s, 5-Star's custom tuning for the 2015 F150 3.5L EcoBoosts adds huge levels of power and torque to your truck, all while improving shifting, throttle response, and fuel economy.

5-Star's 93 octane performance tune had 5-Star's test truck put down a whopping 440lb-ft of torque and 315 horsepower at the wheels over the stock tune's 335lb-ft of torque and 275 horsepower, a gain of 105lb-ft of torque and 40 horsepower at the tires. Besides their 93 performance tune, 5-Star also offers up their usual lineup of 87, 91, and 93 octane tunes in Economy, Performance/Tow, and Transmission only varieties so that you can effectively use your 2015 F150 3.5L EcoBoost in any situation or application that you see fit.
