Before you Buy: 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Fog Light Upgrades!

Never overlook fog light upgrades when beefing up your 2019-2020 Ford Ranger's lighting. Whether you are planning on adding lighting for the highway or off-road, fog lights can make a huge impact with much more output, performance and reliability over stock. There are numerous manufacturers and types of lights that you can choose from. You must choose between fog light conversion kits, LED projector fog lights, street-legal fog lights and off-road fog lights. We decided to install the 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Baja Designs Squadron SAE-Compliant Off-Road Amber LED Fog Light Kit onto our 2019 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 Project Truck. These fog pocket lights are a great addition to our build.

2019-2020 Ford Ranger LED Fog Light Conversion Kits

Fog light upgrades will not necessarily break the bank like some aftermarket lights can. Fog light conversion kits feature a more modern beam style that fits a heavily modified Ranger better. The kits replace the bulbs in your stock fog lights to drastically increase output and power. The beam features more visibility in a tighter and much more focused pattern. Diode Dynamics offers great choices in the fog light department. All of the kits feature a plug and play replacement of your stock fog lights. The 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Diode Dynamics H11 HP48 LED Fog Lights (Set of 2) are the most cost-effective of the bunch. The H11 HP48 lights provide 280 lumens per light with its 48 Epistar 3014 LED chips and omnidirectional design. If you want the most lighting possible, then consider the 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Diode Dynamics H11 SL1 LED Fog Lights (Set of 2). This light provides 1630 lumens per light with a Luxeion Z ES LED emitter for excellent output. Optical focus is corrected for more output with no added glare. Wet and dusty environments might require 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Diode Dynamics H11 SLF Yellow LED Fog Lights (Set of 2) instead. It offers the same great perks as the white light but comes in a 3000K amber color for great contrast in elemental weather. All of these lights produce much better lighting than your stock components.

2019-2020 Ford Ranger LED Projector Fog Light Upgrades

While aftermarket fog light conversion kits vastly improve the output and performance of your vehicle's fog lights, there are other alternatives to improve lighting over stock. Fog lamp lighting completely replaces the factory fog lamp assembly for so much more capability. The kits provide incredible performance with high-quality lenses, housings, and wiring. 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Street-Legal LED Fog Light Upgrades

Getting fully SAE-compliant and street legal lights doesn't necessarily mean that you have to compromise on ability and quality. Excellent components are not just found in aggressive off-road lights. Our friends at Diode Dynamics and Baja Designs both offer great lighting options that excel both on the street and on dirt trails. The 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Baja Designs Squadron SAE-Compliant Off-Road White LED Fog Light Kit or the 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Baja Designs Squadron SAE-Compliant Off-Road Amber LED Fog Light Kit are great fog light options. No matter if you pick the 3000K white color or the 5000K yellow color, the Squadron lights combine impressive power and luminosity in a compact package. Cree XP-G2 LEDs fit into the minimalist housings and shine light through wide cornering and spot lenses for a wide beam pattern. The Squadrons produce 2,480 lumens per light. Indestructible housings are built from hard anodized cast aluminum and combined with billet machined aluminum bezels so the lights will withstand tough hits. An included mounting kit attaches the Squadrons to your existing fog light buckets for a low profile fit. We went with the amber version on our 2019 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 Project Truck to help cut through the frequently dusty conditions in our home of Arizona. These lights also come in amber or white colors depending on your intended use and preference. Tested on the track by professional rally drivers, these lights feature twice the power of the SS3 Sport lights and use 5,796 lumens per light. The 80° spread pattern excels in illuminating a wide field of view in front of your vehicle. These lights also come in a driving beam pattern. All of Diode's beams were created with optical simulation modeling for the best possible pattern. A pin-fin heatskink design allows for optimal thermal dissipation. 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Off-Road LED Fog Light Upgrades

If you want the best lighting for pitch black dirt trips, then you're just gonna want to jump to the strictly off-road fog lights that aren't street legal. These kits offer the most advanced features and high-end performance lighting for remote paths after dark. The 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Ford Performance Off-Road Fog Light Kit provides great output. With a joint effort from Ford and Rigid Industries, this kit provides two D-Series Pro lights that fit in place of the stock fog lights. These new lights use a spot beam that provides better lighting in the dead of night. A 10 degree spot beam illuminates the path far ahead of you so you have plenty of time to react to dangerous obstacles. The D-Series Pro uses 3,168 raw lumens per light. Modified factory bezels, stainless steel black powdercoat trim plates and a wiring harness also come with your lights so you're all ready to go. An equally impressive alternative to dominate rocky terrain is the 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Baja Designs Squadron Pro Complete Fog Pocket Kit. These lights are similar to the street legal version, but produce about twice the power. These off-road Squadrons create 4,900 lumens per light. They fit snugly and use the same tough components as its street-safe counterpart. Baja Designs' street legal 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Baja Designs Squadron SAE-Compliant Off-Road White LED Fog Light Kit and 2019-2020 Ford Ranger Baja Designs Squadron SAE-Compliant Off-Road Amber LED Fog Light Kit that were mentioned earlier also are fully capable as off-road lights. These lights produce 3,150 raw lumens per light and use tough stainless steel/aluminum construction to withstand treacherous off-road terrain. No matter which lights you choose, you are sure to enjoy your lighting experience.
