Which is why it is important for AirDog to include the proper pump with this system. This particular pump is advertised to filter your fuel down to a 2-micron rating which is better than your stock filters capability. This 2008-2010 F250 & F350 6.4L AirDog I Lift Pump puts out 100 GPH at just 10-12 psi. We also have a 2008-2010 F250 & F350 6.4L AirDog I Lift Pump (150 GPH) that can put out 150 GPH if that is more your speed, This product is installed by mounting it to your inner frame rail utilizing AirDog's supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply sides connect directly to the factory suction lines in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection feed line on the frame therefore completely bypassing your factory fuel pump. AirDog also makes sure that you have everything needed for a quick and easy installation process. The only thing that this product does not come with is tools, but it's installation does not require anything more than basic hand tools anyway. There is also no modifications to your fuel tank that is required for this product.

The next option is a little bit more as far as costs than the AirDog I but it also comes with a lot more cool features. This is the 2008-2010 F250 & F350 6.4L AirDog II-4G Kit, which is the next level above the previously mentioned AirDog I. It is important to ensure the right pump goes with the right level of modification that you have on your truck as far as performance. There is the one that has 100 GPH for more stock trucks, and for trucks that are a bit more modified, we have the 2008-2010 F250 & F350 6.4L AirDog II-4G Fuel Preporator Kit 200gph. What separates this product from the AirDog I pump, is that it also includes a self-aligning motor that requires less maintenance and reduces noise levels. In addition to the self-aligning motor, it also has on-demand fuel technology like an intermediate pump shaft that centers the dual feed gerotor pump and shaft seal. AirDog also includes a Lovejoy Coupling for smooth power transmission. Similar to the AirDog 1 in the last paragraph. The last and most inexpensive option that we have available is the 2008-2010 F250 & F350 6.4L AirDog PureFlow Raptor Fuel Pump - 100gph. This particular fuel pump was designed specifically for diesel trucks that have upgraded engine modifications with larger injectors, performance tuning and more, to ensure fuel is delivered to your diesel engine effectively and reliably. AirDog engineered the Raptor Fuel Pump with a built-in adjustable regulator to optimize the engine's capability for power output and enhance the delivery of fuel. The Raptor includes a Gerotor Pump that in some cases can do up to 150GPH at 10 psi. That particular fuel pump is the 2008-2010 F250 & F350 6.4L AirDog PureFlow Raptor Fuel Pump - 150gph.
