Highly Efficient aFe Intake that Improves Airflow into your Engine

Getting as much power and torque as possible from your 2011 to 2014 F250 or F350 6.2L Super Duty truck requires an overhaul of its pretty restrictive intake system, and aFe has a great way to do it with their Stage 2 Magnum Force Cold Air Intake kit. aFe's cold air intake kit for the 6.2L Super Duty replaces your truck's air box and inlet tubing with much more efficient hardware that improves airflow into your truck's V8 for nice performance gains. aFe's intake comes with everything you need to get it installed on your truck, and easily bolts on right in place of your Super Duty's stock air box without any permanent modifications. The aFe system includes a high-flow air filter that can be reused for life, which can save you some cash in the long run over disposable paper filters. The intake kit comes with mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube that reduces restrictions and improves air velocity over stock. The system comes with all the hardware you need to get it installed, as well as installation instructions.

Large-Diameter, Drop-In Throttle Body from BBK Performance

The factory throttle body on your Super Duty's 6.2L V8 does its job admirably, but there's plenty of room to improve. BBK's 85mm throttle body has a larger diameter than your truck's throttle body, allowing a larger volume of air to enter your truck's intake manifold when you punch the throttle. The end result is more horsepower, more torque, and big bump in responsiveness. The throttle body installs right into place of your Super Duty's factory throttle body as a direct, bolt-on replacement and requires no permanent modifications. BBK's throttle body is made out of high-quality cast aluminum and comes with an OE-style actuator and a plug-and-play connector for your Super Duty's TPS sensor wiring harness. The throttle body is incredibly easy to install and is full compatible with the aFe intake included in this package.

4" Diameter Cat-Back Kit that Generates a Deep, Aggressive Sound

No one is really a big fan of the kitten purr sound that comes out the factory exhaust system. A big, bad Super Duty is supposed to have a V8 exhaust note to match. Well, MBRP is here to help with their 4" XP-Series Cat-Back Exhaust Kit. This system drops right into place of your Super Duty's factory cat-back system and comes with larger and more efficient tubing, as well as a more aggressive muffler to give your truck a deep and throaty V8 rumble. The MBRP 4" XP-Series system features mandrel-bent tubing that allows for smooth exhaust outflow and a perfect fit on your F250 or F350 Super Duty. The system's straight-through muffler was carefully tuned to give your 6.2L V8 a big rumble and noticeable roar when you're on the throttle without causing a ton of cabin drone at idle or cruising speeds. The MBRP cat-back kit has an OE-style single exit tailpipe that comes out behind your truck's passenger's side rear tire and is topped off by a 5" rolled and polished exhaust tip. Our 6.2L F250 and F350 Performance Package includes your choice of either SCT's X4 Handheld Tuner or SCT's Livewire TS+ Monitor for use with 5-Star's custom tuning. Both device's quickly and easily upload your choice of tune to your truck's PCM to give your truck big-time performance in practically no time at all. The X4 Handheld Tuner comes standard with our package and features a color screen with intuitive button controls. The X4 is extremely easy to use and operate, and comes in at a great price. An upgraded option is SCT's Livewire TS+ Monitor, which features a large color touch screen that allows it to work as an excellent monitoring device to keep tabs on all of your 6.2Ls critical functions. Both devices are able to store a copy of your truck's factory tuning and can read and clear DTC trouble codes, which makes them handy tools for diagnosing potential problems with your truck. Both devices come with an OBD-II and USB cable, and the Livewire comes with a windshield suction cup mount.

The heart of this performance package is the custom tunes provided by 5-Star Tuning. You get your choice of three tunes as standard part of this package, with two more available at additional cost. 5-Star's tuning adjusts key parameters within your F250 or F350's engine software, giving it a big bump in horsepower and torque output, all while adjusting shifting and transmission function to improve drivability and utility for all sorts of applications. 5-Star offers up three different tune styles in four different flavors of fuel octanes, giving you a ton of choices when it comes to the power output, performance and application of your aggressive 6.2L F250 or F350 build. 5-Star's Economy tunes are designed to squeeze out some extra fuel mileage on Super Duty trucks that see a lot of city driving to save you some cash. 5-Star's Daily/Tow tunes off a nice increase in power and torque over stock and make shifting firmer and faster, all while forcing your transmission to hold gears longer for a big improvement in overall drivability, whether you're towing or just cruising around. 5-Star's Performance Tunes produce the most outright power of any of their 6.2L tuning, and featuring extremely fast and firm shifting meant for performance applications and high-speed off-roading. All of 5-Star's tunes are available in 87, 89, 91, and 93 octane flavors so that you can get the tuning you need for the most commonly available fuel octane in your area. How our F250 & F350 6.2L Custom Tuning Works

After you order your tuner, you are sent a "blank" tuner without any custom tunes. We'll then send you an email that needs to be completely filled out and emailed back to us. However, you'll need to have your tuner before you can complete the form. After your tuner arrives, you'll need to hook it into your truck and get your ECU Strategy Code and put it in your tune email next to "Strategy". After we receive your completed tune information, the tune itself will be built and sent to you via email as an attachment. Download the tunes .cef files to your computer and use your updated SCT software from SCT's website to upload the tunes to your tuner. Please be aware that SCT's devices and software are only compatible with Microsoft Windows computers, and will not work with Mac OS X, Linux, or other operating systems. Once the tunes are in the tuner, you can then tune your truck. Stage 3's 5-Star Custom Tuning Step-by-Step:
1. You place your order for 5-Star's Custom Tunes
2. Stage 3 sends you a "blank" tuner and a tune sheet form
3. You hook the tuner into your truck and pull its ECU strategy code
4. You fill out our tune sheet with the information from your truck and its strategy code
5. If your truck has Ford's latest strategy updates, we'll forward your information over to 5-Star and get your tunes created
6. Once 5-Star creates your tunes, they're be emailed to you at the address linked to your Stage 3 account
7. Download 5-Star's tunes to your tuning device using SCT's Device Updater Software
8. Now load your 5-Star Custom Tune of choice into your Super Duty
